What Is Health Coaching?

Often, we know what we want to achieve but we need help with the steps to get there. Health coaching can help with weight management, wellness and positivity, fitness goals and much more.

As a PreKure Certified Health Coach my training has been focused on a mix of education, encouragement, cheerleading, accountability and coaching to support clients to reach their health associated goal. I am not a medical clinician and will not provide medical advice but I can support you to reach your goals provided you access your GPs advice where appropriate.

Medical professionals do not have the capacity to support 1:1 despite wanting to. A health coach can help with supporting you to reach your goals based on your agenda and lifestyle. Depending on the situation and your preference, a collaborative partnership can be developed between a health coach and your GP or medical team to support you.
